Atlanta Maid Services

Back in 1992, at Hamline University, our commencement speaker was some high ranking retired engineer. His name escapes me. I can't remember even his first name. That day was beautiful, very sunny. I remember it vividly, although it was seventeen years ago now. A lot of my friends were graduating into an economy which was almost as bleak then as it is today. A number of us did not have jobs secured yet, except for the part time ones we had already been working at during college. The speaker was very bold, almost arrogant. Thinking back on his words today, he could not have been more correct. At the time I heard the speech, I laughed it off and did not take it too seriously. I wish I would have, and I could have started our Atlanta Maid Services 16 years ago.

His speech was essentially on how he treated new hires in his company-a topic we evaluate a lot of the time in our Atlanta Maid Services operation. He was almost cruel to his new hires, very harsh really. However, what he was really doing was preparing their mindset for the future. He was getting them ready to be the next set of pioneers. In order to do that, you must be able to think outside of the box. That type of thinking is something that does not come easily to a lot of science or engineering majors. It doesn't even come easily to the owners of most Atlanta Maid Services endeavors today for that matter. He told them when they first arrived, that they could look at past projects and current ones. However, that information would not be of much use to them. The new employees would look shocked, but he would be correct. In order to come up with the new design, you must be looking forward, not backward. Imagination and creativity centers must be accessed instead of dwelling on existing structures.

Now, sixteen years later, we find ourselves in a similar position with our Atlanta Maid Services company. What has worked in the past, may be used but in order to reach the next level, we must continue to think outside the box and evolve. So, when we look around in today's Atlanta Maid Services market place, don't know about you, but I see a huge voice of disconnect between businesses and the Atlanta Maid Services customer. In fact, in our entire society in general, I get the feeling that Atlanta Maid Services customers are looked upon as objects. Not even human really, more like cash registers. When I call into an Atlanta Maid Services company or insurance, or government, the list goes on and on. A bunch of mindless drones await. Even when getting a cup of coffee, would you like some dessert with that? Well, it's 11AM, do you think you could get off the script just this once? Robotic, subconscious behavior that rules the Atlanta Maid Services landscape, actions, often times are not even their own, but are dictated by the man. Does any of this ring a bell? We run our Atlanta Maid Services organization a lot differently. We run it the good old fashioned way, person to person. However, we do use technology to our advantage.
