We are proud to be ushering in a new era of technical and operational Atlanta Handyman excellence. The primary areas of focus for our Atlanta Handyman daily operations, are combining advanced logistical routing, employee accountability tracking, along with advancements in software scheduling to name a few. By working efficiently and prevenitng problems with more than adequate training, we have begun the process of innovating our Atlanta Handyman industry from reactive to proactive. Over the past year, we have taken 2 steps backward so that we can take 10 steps forward. We decided to conduct a very detailed internal analysis of our daily Atlanta Handyman operations. More specifically, we decided to take a closer look at our internal software processing. We researched a number of technologies and ideas. Some of our searching took us as far as MIT Computer Science. We wanted to take a fresh look at our logistical planning and think outside the box. We figured, why not research a website where some of the sharpest minds in the country visit.

What we learned, is that fundamentally, we were keeping our Atlanta Handyman customers happy, but that improvements could be made with time management. As a result, we decided to invest in GPS units and routing software. In addition, we added procedures to review scheduling so that errors would not be made. The end result is that we have increased our time in our Atlanta Handyman clients' home completing the job quickly and precisely, instead of being lost in traffic. This means we that are not rushed, but instead have plenty of time to perform the Atlanta Handyman task assigned to us.

The terms technology and handyman are not usually used in the same sentence. Because of our technological advancements, we have recently been invited to participate as a member of the Elite Home Services (EHS) network, which is a team of the top 12 rated service companies on Kudzu. We share tips and vital information on how to run businesses at the highest and most efficient level with our fellow association members. Instead of trying to reinvent the wheel, we spend a lot of time listening to other well run companies and learning from them. Our relationship with the Elite Home Services network has been very rewarding and productive for our Atlanta Handyman business. In addition, we have received more than 50 Atlanta Handyman referrals from these companies. By using word of mouth advertising, we have been able to grow our Atlanta Handyman business during a down economy. It took us a while to find an association that we could trust. Once we learned that the Elite Home Services association was in existence, we decided to investigate them. The president of the association has reported over 200 successful referrals without a single complaint as of April 10, 2009. With percentages like that, it is clear that our association is putting the customers' needs first.
